No — Layer Zero retains ownership and licenses you access to the platform, similar to renting rather than buying. Your data is always yours and exportable at any time.
Hosting and infrastructure, uptime monitoring, bug fixes, security patches, minor copy/content updates, email support, and OS-wide improvements as they're released.
New features, new modules, major redesigns, or custom development requests — those are scoped and quoted separately from the license.
Typically 2–10 weeks depending on scope, from a simple marketing site up to a full operational dashboard. We'll give you a real timeline after a discovery call.
Platform access is suspended after a grace period, but your data always remains available for export — you're never locked out of what's yours.
